Graham Bruton pointed me in the right direction when I originally added a few of these cut-outs recently. He suggested they came from a Roy of the Rovers Annual from the late 1950's. I did some checking and he's right, as the 1960 Annual would have be published in 1959. Here are scans of the two relevant pages from the book.
