UPDATE (11-06-2018 13:17): Łukasz Musioł has sent me a youtube video, it doesn't show the Mega Starter Packs but it does include all the XXL Australian Limited Edition cards.
The starter packs vary with the XXL they have between all of the Aussie cards. For example I got Mat Ryan
