Soccer magazine

Richard Small has provided information about these cuttings coming from Soccer magazine, the official journal of the Football Players' Union. I originally included a post a few years ago that was labelled as an unknown issuer and Richard's e-mail proves that they were printed in Soccer magazine. The first issue of the magazine was issued in December 1947 and there are four months in 1948 with no issue (close season May-August). Richard also points out that these also include acknowledgements to the Sporting Record and it's possible they originally appeared in that publication. Obviously, more research is required.
UPDATE (21-02-2020 13:54): Richard Small has provided information about four of these - numbers 7, 18, 19 and 20.
UPDATE (16-05-2020 09:51): It is possible that the March 1950 issue was the last ever magazine.
UPDATE (06-03-2022 10:06): Gerard Scully has provided information on three more Club Curiosities - nos. 6, 10 and 24, with the last one extending the known life of Soccer magazine by one month, to April 1950.

I just came across a few issues of Soccer which will sort a few blanks for you... I was chasing up to see if liverpool were featured in the series!

Per Soccerbillia , the magazine ran till at least March 1950, but John Daniels has one from April 1950 for sale which means a new One!! No 24...
