 Twan van der Zandt has provided information and pictures about this new collection that is due to be released in the Netherlands on 16 June, 2017. The collection includes 334 stickers of which 22 of them are designated as special stickers. This is the first time the tournament has taken place with 16 teams vying to be European champions. The Starter Pack contains the album and six packets of stickers.
The sixteen teams taking part are:

England
France
Germany
Iceland
Italy
Norway
Portugal
Russia
Scotland
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland

      The 50-packet Box includes details of a Portuguese distributor, so I presume it will be available in Portugal:
