Robert Muat has been in touch to provide more information about these cards. He sent in scans of the front and back of the card sleeve, which states the set is comprised of 69 cards. Only 64 cards were ever produced, they did not ask for your boot size, nor did they supply an address, they knew nobody would take advantage of their offer because card nos. 6, 13, 29, 48 and 53 were never issued.
Anybody knows what S&B stands for and what they did please?
