Glyn Roberts has sent in scans an information on these cards, I'll let him explain...
I recently received 26 different Co Op Match’96, size 62mm x 44mm,  pop out discount coupons, showing 2 different national flags of football teams for what I assume was the Euro 96 competition (held 8-30 June 1996) given the coupons expire 31.07.1996. Each flag/team has Draw 1 – 4  as a further description. I have 15 different teams all of which were in Euro 96 - the missing team is probably Switzerland given there were the 16th team in the competition.
I enclose a scan and wondered if you had any further information? Looks like there up to 4 coupons per team.
