Lee West has been in touch to say that he recognizes this card. It's card no. 28 from Internationaler Fußball issued by de Jonge, who produced chewing gum. Lee tells me that cards 29 and 30 also feature Nottingham Forest, but he's still looking for these cards to add to his own collection.
