(08-10-2013 12:22):  This issuer is listed in the Trade Index published by the Cartophilic Society of Great Britain. I've never seen any of these cards, it's possible that they might be similar to the so called 'Play Up' cards issued by John Baines and his contemporaries. Can anyone provide further information?
