Thanks for leaving a comment.
The card ...Hi Dave,

Thanks for leaving a comment.

The card of Bonnar (Arbroath) comes from the Rogue series:

A. & J. Donaldson / Kiddy's Favourites ? (Anonymous) - Sports Favourites ~ Rogue series

https://cartophilic-info-exch.blogspot.com/2015/01/anonymous-j-donaldson-sports-favourites.html

I presume all the missing number cards (60 - 90) are all 'Big Heads'? These can be found in another checklist:

A. & J. I recently acquired a few more of these, ...Hi Alan,
I recently acquired a few more of these, and found a few anomalies...
a. I have 2 x No. 39. One is H. long as per checklist, but the other is J. Bonnar (Arbroath) who is 128 on your checklist. The Bonnar card has now Address or "Copyright", so may be an early version (I think the early ones were like that) or one of the fake Donaldson cards mentioned.
b. I have some cards for numbers listed as not issued - 61 - W. Allison (Falkirk; 62 - J. McPhee (Falkirk);65 - A. Gunn (Dundee); 68 Jerry Dawson (Falkirk); 72 J. Urquhart (Heart of Midlothian);76 H. Mooney (Third Lanark):77 A. Beattie (Ayr United); 81 W. Reid (Third Lanark); 85 A. Palmer (Third Lanark); 89 T. Sloan (Heart of Midlothian); 90 A. Conn (Heart of Midlothian) All of them are the ones with blue printed writing on the back.
c. I also found one with a blank back which had the player name written on in hand - can't remember the name as I have mislaid the cardf whilst sorting!!
Regards, DaveDave Gallowayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02945925881597574862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6853344098601877368.post-44835723140357121702020-07-19T20:06:50.924+01:002020-07-19T20:06:50.924+01:00Thank you, might show that card in a new post in a...Thank you, might show that card in a new post in a day or two.Alan Jenkinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09506565153183838394noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6853344098601877368.post-21798657149851516052020-07-19T14:41:24.696+01:002020-07-19T14:41:24.696+01:00No. 51 is Hagen on the front and Hagan on the back...No. 51 is Hagen on the front and Hagan on the back.
