Topps Disclaimer:
This collection was finalized at the end of the 2024/25 Premier League Season. All reasonable efforts were made to ensure that the information was correct at the time of going to press. Any player changes or transfers after this date were of course beyond our control.
Rare Parallels, Autograph Cards, Premier Pull Ultra Limited Editions and Diamond Rookies are not included on this checklist. Hobby Edition exclusive cards are also not included.
UPDATE (24-07-2025 19:00): 400 new cards added to the checklist for the following series - Black Edge Edition, Perfect Storm, Heat Vision, Home Advantage, Premier Relics, Base Autographs, Beast Mode Autograph, Black Edge Edition Autograph, Chrome King Autograph, Diamond Rookies and Premier Pull Ultra Limited Edition. The new checklist doesn't include card numbers, so these have been assumed by the order they appear in the checklist. At the same time card prefix designations have also been assumed for all the sets listed above. Still no further news on the missing Parallel information nor the Hobby Edition.
UPDATE (25-07-2025 10:30): I have removed all the original illustrations and replaced them with images of individual cards. For those cards where illustration are not yet available place holders have been added. I've also included a few parallels of the base set.
UPDATE (28-07-2025 15:46): Declan Rice Image Variation card added to the illustrations.
UPDATE (07-08-2025 14:30): More information added, including many of the parallels. Also added some more card images.

Count me very firmly out of collecting this little lot.
ReplyDeleteI can't say I even like the designs of some of the cards either - "Beast Mode" - sorry, but WTF
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a Match Attax collection without all the ratings.
DeleteThere are 4 versions of every base card (before you even get to the rare ones) there are only 7 base cards in a pack. Even collecting those cards is going to be a very frustrating and expensive experience. The number of parallels makes them more like a hobby set really.
ReplyDeleteToral 450 cards 300 base 14 base plus badge and 3 foils per team
DeleteLoads rookies Sunderland got 12 rookies etc and all limiteds like 45 of them then parallels etc.
Virtually £100 for a full box
ReplyDeletehttps://gatheringgames.co.uk/products/topps-premier-league-2025-26-full-box?variant=55725933101439&country=GB¤cy=GBP&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21800886935&gclid=Cj0KCQjwyvfDBhDYARIsAItzbZFvEMVdzyRV8UOBVfmnKF2STZsoNyZMnK63KFOYeudxuhllWPuf30QaAkN_EALw_wcB
The starter packs are going to be £12.99 they contain ONE pack of cards.
ReplyDeleteWHAT!!!!
DeleteOne pack of cards, a couple of limited editions and a checklist - that's it - I'll try and find a link.
ReplyDeleteHi John,
DeleteI'm working on the checklist, should be ready in a couple of hours. It will be added to this post.
It's an enormous set isn't it. Everything is less - fewer cards in packets, only 3 limited editions in tins where there have been 4 in the past. Extra tins, no doubt update sets and there are even parallels in the Christmas Countdown Calendar.
ReplyDeleteIf you want a bottom line for this set then you are paying 25% more for 20% fewer cards and lots of parallels. Prices will be sky high on ebay too for a while.
This set is neither affordable or collectible - but I'm sure they will be very popular nevertheless.
And the checklist is far from complete - missing parallels, no autographs, no hobby...
DeleteThe Bournemouth squad contains 4 players who are no longer at the club.
ReplyDeleteIt will probably be the same for most of the teams. As Topps' disclaimer states, the collection was compiled at the end of the 2024/25 season.
DeleteQuite a few of the Sunderland players are designated "rookies" but they have already played several years in the Championship and other leagues - they are NOT rookies.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a c**p collection.
That's Topps for ya. Their idea of rookies and most other peoples ideas of rookies is a million miles apart.
DeleteTopps use Rookie for a player appearing on a Match Attax card for the first time.
DeleteA rookie card is a players first card in the Premier league, not there 1st year of playing if that makes sense
DeleteAlan, have you noticed that with the Nottingham Forest Squad - all 3 of the insert cards (Murillo, Elanga and Aina) have a regular card as well. So there are only 14 different players on the squad cards. Elanga is now with Newcastle anyway.
ReplyDeleteDiego Jota is also in the Liverpool squad - they should have taken that card out as a gesture of respect.
With all the players Forest signed last season they couldn't find three other players - or just didn't care enough.
DeleteI agree with Diogo Jota, a very sad moment for everyone who knew him. Removing his card would have been a mark of respect.
Jota 😭 Kepa at Bournemouth and Jobe at Sunderland I’m sorry but has Topps got a Brain 🧠
ReplyDeleteTopps just doesn't care, all they are concerned with is getting this collection out as quickly as possible and keep the cash rolling in.
DeleteMost of the squads have the same players on insert cards as the regular cards. In the Brighton squad they have the same player (Matt O'Riley) on two out of the three inset cards.
ReplyDeleteForest have Newcastle's Anthony Elanga on multiple of them too, ha!
DeleteConsidering how expensive this set is you might have thought Topps would have taken a little more care over it. It's an awful, lazy and cynical collection. First they killed off the Euros sets and now the PL. It still really annoys me they are putting out cards and stickers for the Womens Euros with fake kits (if you don't own the rights to proper kits - don't pretend you do.)
ReplyDeleteFake kits, or pyjamas as I like to call them, are collection killers. Either don't make them or UEFA/FIFA should be telling these countries that no matter that agreements they have when it comes to the international tournaments those agreements are null and void. Either that of those countries are banned from the tournaments. And who decides on which colours their pyjamas are - England all blue, Germany all black....
DeleteHave you seen the recent Topps NOW card of the German keeper ? - it looks like she is wearing a black party dress.

Aren't they awful, and she's not the only one.
DeleteTopps - Topps NOW UEFA Women’s Euro 2025
https://cartophilic-info-exch.blogspot.com/2025/07/topps-topps-now-uefa-womens-euro-2025.html
Looks like 10 cards per pack and a retail price of somewhere between £2.50 and £3 a pack is going to become the standard for Topps collections from now on. There is going to be a CL collection in September or October. Probably won't be as pricey as the upcoming PL set, but will still be expensive. The new Panini EFL set will not be out until the end of the year. Looks like I'm going to have nothing much to collect between now and then.
ReplyDeleteYou mean the UCL sticker collection?
DeleteThe UCL Match Attax collection.
DeleteOh, okay
DeleteChampions league match attax sept 11th
DeleteI have to say I am relieved. As this is not Match Attax collection I will not be collecting. I was very excited that Topps got back the rights and was looking forward to getting Match Attax players from Brentford, Leeds United, Nottingham Forest so that they could join my historical solitaire game of Match Attax.
ReplyDeleteSeeing how these collections are now handled I am please dit is not a Match Attax collection.
I really think Topps should look into changing how they do these releases say do a premier League collection for Collectors with all the parallel cards and extras and do a separate collection for Children with Limited Edition cards take out the one in a thousand card collection let it be fun let parents have a chance of completing the collection.
This is the equivalent of Panini Top Class only more "hobby". Topps MA CL will be out around 11th/Sep. I will pass on this Prem one. Same players but with photoshopped new kits. Prices go up, checklist gets bigger and poor parents have to suffer the consequences.
ReplyDelete50 Black Edge Cards !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - good luck getting all those.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure who this set is going to appeal to - set collectors like many of us on here are not going to touch it and younger collectors are going to be put off by the high prices. It's not exclusive enough for deep pocketed hobby collectors either so where is their target audience ?. Half of the premier league (and some Scottish Teams) are in various European Competitions this year so there will be a lot of PL interest in the CL set coming out in September. I'll wait and see what that looks like before I consider it. Topps just wants the PL to be another cash cow for them now it would seem.
ReplyDeleteTopps are moving away from the traditional European style releases - Match Attax and Adrenalyn XL. They want US style Hobby collections long term. Easy to produce, sold out in one day, move on to next money spinner. No thoughts for collectors or kids.
ReplyDeleteJust wait for the youtube box breakers who all get really limited parallels and numbered cards. Then all the ones that will magically appear in the Fanatics store in Regent Street.
Totally agree. Youtubers will get most of the best low-numbered parallels. As will celebrities opening boxes at the Fanatics store.
DeleteIf you include all the different parallels there are over 2000 different cards in this extravaganza - and there will be even more released during the season. It's a F***ing joke of a collection (pardon my French).
ReplyDeleteI'm constantly amazed at the staggering prices people are prepared to pay for these Hobby Boxes - some of them cost thousands of pounds. There must be a market for them as they constantly sell out (whatever that actually means). I agree with what others have said about Topps wanting to get out of the traditional collectors market. They can't even be bothered to do an individual service - too much effort for too little money I suppose.
ReplyDeleteThere is a big difference between "rare" and "valuable" many of these cards may well be rare but to be valuable you have to have someone to also doesn't know the difference who wants it enough to fork over a large chunk of cash. I've been collecting cards all my life, I go to specialist auctions and I tend to know what cards are really worth. I've never seen these Topps "rarities" at any of them and if they did come up then they would not fetch high prices. People who put these things on ebay for a million pounds hoping to find someone dim enough to buy them - well good luck. These things are never going to be very valuable because of the tiny market there is for them. Signature cards are a really good example - they are never going to be worth big bucks - there are simply too many of them for one thing.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what collectors on ebay are going to be asking for these cards.
OMG Everyone - have you seen the prices on the Topps web site for pre-orders.
ReplyDeleteOne pack of 10 cards is £3.50
Starter packs in which you get virtually nothing - £11.99
A full box is £99.99
A few tins, a starter pack and a full box is £216
Just incredible.
Yeah, just seen prices. Absolutely crazy. As I said before it looks like Match Attax cards with the ratings. Crazy prices!!
DeleteA massively expensive and already significantly out of date collection. For example of the 14 Chelsea players -only about half of them are likely to be in the team that starts the season.
ReplyDeleteIt's really a 2024-25 collection with very little to do with the new season other than the three relegated teams have been replaced by the three promoted teams. Sunderland have already brought in six new players and Burnley have signed 10 new players so far and are not in the collection.
DeleteThere are no good reasons to collect this set.
ReplyDeleteIn the same way that most people cannot afford to attend PL games then Topps are ensuring the kids of the UK cannot afford to buy the cards of their heroes. Another nail in the coffin of encouraging youngsters to take up the hobby.
ReplyDeleteHi Alan. I normally collect only the bog-standard, mass market Premier League collection each year - Match Attax, Adrenalyn etc. Is this the equivalent this year? Is there no Premier League Match Attax for 2025 -6?
ReplyDeleteI'm presuming the Match Attax collection will feature the UEFA competitions as it has done for the last few years. I can't see them doing another Premier League collection when this new Premier League 2026 looks like Match Attax without the ratings.
DeleteI suppose if this new collection sells badly them perhaps next season there will be a more affordable PL set produced so younger collectors in particular are not completely priced out of the market. I have my doubts though - Topps collection prices seem to be going through the roof. There will be a PL sticker set around Christmas - let's see what that looks like.
ReplyDeleteLess than a week before this collection hits the shops - I wonder how it will be received. Sadly I think it will do very well. Topps are pushing it for all that it is worth.
ReplyDeleteThe Lionesses make history...

There are already a few of these cards on ebay - at very high prices
ReplyDeletehttps://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/406088016791?_skw=Topps+Premier+League+Cards+2025&itmmeta=01K1QS3ESZ3QWPVYNP5FNT2ZHZ&hash=item5e8cbb6397:g:SA8AAeSwgFBoiOaZ&itmprp=enc%3AAQAKAAABAFkggFvd1GGDu0w3yXCmi1dDqRkZkAP%2BdX9SV3Gz8%2BLpyqOZj49XRenwX7wktBHZZmFbYShRWL5VlFmH2bvRkVJ7s8Or7X0CoMqMjvMrHjucfwh%2FeMeo3YZqQFhK%2FZfluiLoU7NQvFIvLMAAe8c9JnlZjjkcdYtnOB%2FI34UJnIa7XJHKukfTTjy0epfNqWDw1Wp8n5jM4rCbKrXO7SXA%2FJ9MUpa%2FoDiJn1lKUXHGQDcQHWLnzllaUfrPKzJtCCc%2FLs%2BoEI9iNeWtY%2B140rMs%2Biz%2FNuwy4nPOF3NAXssyYugVy25NBO%2Bx3Nuicvy9cAEdmzMKy2dJNesj1EY3pkiQZOQ%3D%7Ctkp%3ABk9SR6DtjfmNZg
I think he's missed the point that it's an Image Variation. Perhaps he doesn't care. I noticed it's a pre-order!
DeleteThere's going to be a lot of ebay profiteering when this collection is finally released. Lots of people are going to get royally ripped off if they are not careful.
ReplyDeleteLike the person on ebay who pre-ordered the bundle that was advertised at £216 on the Topps web site and is selling it on at £333.
ReplyDeleteWhy would anyone buy this stuff on eBay when it's available on Topps' website!!!!
DeleteAll the bundles that were originally advertised on the Topps web site have sold out. No doubt they will all be turning up on ebay shortly at inflated prices.
ReplyDeleteThe image variant cards that are on ebay are the bonus cards you get when you purchase the (now sold out) bundles from the website, so people are trying to subsidize their expensive bundles by flogging the bonus card. There are also a few cards from America if you want to pay the high postage costs and wait a month until they arrive (if they ever do).
ReplyDeleteI haven't changed my mind about this collection - even if I liked the cards (which I don't) I simply can't afford them and I hate all the parallels and the pointless chase sub sets and the sense that you are buying the cards of many players who have either moved on or won't even play in the PL this year anyway. Usually I buy a starter pack just for the sake of having one, but I don't want to part with £12 for the very few cards you get with it. I'll save my money for other sets this year rather than embark on the fools errand that getting these cards are.
Should have went old school 1975-1979, one player, one card, nice simple border and 14 players or so each team. They are killing the hobby, with stupid parallels and rookie nonesense. Packs used to be pocket money price, not now.
ReplyDeleteCompletely agree - these cards are a total waste of money.
ReplyDeleteWow Alan, the detail you have is incredible! If ok I with you I would like to share/use this checklist as usual. Hope all is well! Dennis | SwapMasters
ReplyDeleteNo problem Dennis, thanks for taking the time to ask.
Deletehow much time you spend on the detail is so impressive. Maybe you should monetise your efforts? just a thought
DeleteI have thought about that recently. If I had a penny for every view I could move us into a bungalow so my wife doesn't have to negotiate the stairs every day.
DeleteLots of these new PL cards on ebay this morning. Some for ridiculous prices. Many others featuring players who are now at other clubs.
ReplyDeleteJust........wow

I've just seen on ebay someone asking over £300 for one of the new Diamond Rookie cards. I really hope nobody buys these because £300 for a new card from a new collection is absurd. For a start nobody has any idea how many of these cards there are and secondly - cards just don't fetch that much - with very few exceptions.
ReplyDeleteThis collection has brought in a new golden age of rip-off attempts.
It's all gone a little crazy today!! The guys at Topps must be celebrating big time.
DeleteThey have much to celebrate - Topps American owners have just achieved total victory in their quest to not produce bothersome mainstream collectible PL sets for the kids of the UK and Europe.
ReplyDeleteIt's a bad day for the hobby.
Wow. Really looks like they half-a**ed this collection's designs. Even the Topps Total Football releases look worlds better than these. But I guess I'll be on the hunt for Lankshear and Kinskey parallels now.
ReplyDeleteIf anyone would like to buy some of these cards at sensible prices.
ReplyDeletehttps://footballstickershop.com/
Hi wonder if anyone can help just started collecting this set and I got a mo salad parallels not numbered but sparkles silver and black and white picture
ReplyDeletehi mate, that is numbered to 75, its hard to see, should be by the name
DeleteThanks for letting me know, I think that parallel is listed in the checklist.
DeleteCheers.
Am I right in thinking that some cards from this set are due to be released at a later date, perhaps as part of the hobby box? As far as I’m aware, we haven’t seen any of the Heat Vision, Perfect Storm, Black Edge, or Autograph cards yet, for example.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering this too as there is absolutely none on ebay yet
Deletehi mate, i pulled a shea lacey rookie auto, not numbered but its rainbow foil, do you want a pic?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, superb find. Thanks for the offer of a picture, but there are so many parallels and autographs in this collection I won't be trying to compile illustrated checklist, so I'll have to decline. But thanks for thinking of me.
DeleteLittle correction:
ReplyDelete"CK 2. Dwight Yorke (Arsenal)" should read "CK 2. Dwight Yorke (Aston Villa)"
Thank you.
DeleteA lot of well-made comments on this post, but perhaps a little too negative. There is no doubt if Panini had kept the contract they would also have continued to go with the parallels and rarer inserts trend (the final Plus collection was proof of that). Agree it is impossible to complete this set, think you just have to set your own parameters such as maybe the numbered 450 cards only, potentially selling any rare pulls along the way to help fund. There are some nice cards, much better backs than recent Match Attax with their annoying lack of a date, and some of the inserts are good, notably Retro Threads. There are some con merchants on eBay, but tread carefully and prioritise spending on tins (Hall of Fame Limited Editions are well designed for instance) and there is some enjoyment to be had here for youngsters like my son.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteI've got a few of these cards now - they are very nice I admit - but you are paying top dollar for a collection which is becoming more out of date by the day. The 5 cards I have feature only 1 player who is likely to be a regular for his team this season. Also I don't actually know anyone who is collecting this set.
ReplyDeleteAs an example of the redundancy of this set. Of the 14 Bournemouth players in the Topps collection a grand total of 3 of them started the game last night and 1 more was on the bench....1 other player started for the opposition. For Liverpool - 6 out of 14 starters.
ReplyDeleteI bought some of these cards this morning. Someone was selling a bundle of nearly 300 cards for £30 and I couldn't resist.
ReplyDeleteIf anyone fancied pre-ordering one of the Hobby Boxes (£135) - they are already sold out.
ReplyDeleteYou will not be surprised to know that they are on sale on ebay already for around £250.
ReplyDeletejust seen that the EFL by panini is november and that they will be stickers did not cards did not expect that
ReplyDeleteI decided not to collect this set, as Topps are fond of adding extra cards not listed on the checklist.
ReplyDeleteWith each Hobby Box containing a single pack of 3 Black Edge cards, there are 50 different Black Edge cards on the Checklist. Another Expensive Ebay hunt to obtain them all.
There are also 3 New subsets of cards in the Hobby Box; 20 Perfect Storm Cards, 20 Heat Vision Cards & 20 Home Pitch Advantage Cards.
Interestingly the Checklist is also showing that the 24 Festive Freeze (Advent Callander?) can be found in these Hobby boxes.
There are also a large number of Relics, Autographs & New Parallel cards on the Checklist.
its a hobby set so not really intended to collect them all, perfect storm is a case hit and heat vision is one in 3 or 4 cases, its not like retail where u complete a set, they are the chasee cards, your very lucky if u get 1 of them
DeleteThey are incredibly expensive cards to collect. The countdown calendar is over £30 as well. Some people must have some very deep pockets or are just profiteering. I bought a bargain basement bundle on ebay but that's as far as I'm likely to go with this set. Everything is just too much - they appear to be selling well but I guess that is to be expected as it is the premier league after all.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for the EFL set in November - I haven't looked forward to a set coming out more for a long time.
I was looking forward to them however I thought it would have been cards not stickers
Deletejust found out that there is nearly 800 stickers in the EFL collection thats far to many .
DeleteAs long as it covers all three divisions it might be quite comprehensive and have more than just a couple of stickers for the team in League One and League Two.
DeleteI am sure there will be a card set issued after Christmas. I think the sticker set will be very popular.
ReplyDeleteI got my bargain basement job lot of these cards from ebay yesterday. They are very nice cards on the whole, but the squads look very historical already - such a shame. The blue parallels are OK , the yellow ones are just awful and the green ones are quite hard to tell apart from the regular cards. The chase sets, some are good and some are really not. A very mixed bag - and not very good value for money.
ReplyDeleteThe worst thing about this set are the ridiculous poses that some of the players have adopted for their cards. Son, for example - you cannot even see his face.
ReplyDeleteBut, like so many other players in this collection - he is no longer at his club.
Thanks to ebay and a couple of other websites I have virtually completed the first 450 cards of this collection and most of the standard Limited Editions for about £70
ReplyDeleteThat's about 15p per card, that's not bad at all. Congratulations.
DeleteI think that's the way forward for me for collecting from now on. Wait a bit, buy batches of cards from ebay and then fill in from other sites. It is certainly a lot cheaper. I've collected three sets like that recently and saved a fortune.
ReplyDeletehey do you have discord? if yes can you give me your discord name want to ask something privatly would be awesome :)!
ReplyDeleteSorry, I don't have discord.
Deletehonestly im really loving this set, i do seem to have pulled much more hits than the odds say, so far i have a shea lacey rc auto, madueke auto /75 and 12 numbered cards, im trying to get 1 of each numbered parallel if possible, of any player, so far i have all other than /25, /10, /5, and 1/1, although 2 are inserts so i need a base player image for those 2 if possible, i totally understand that this set is more expensive, but we do get more for the money, match attax should release soon and im sure that will be cheaper, although its ucc, i am about 7 cards away from the 1st 450, im noit sure if ill ocmplete much after that, im on 11 chrome kings, 11 gold lions 2 premier pulls, and no diamond rookies, overall its fun, and i guess thats what its all about
ReplyDeleteHow much have you spent on this collection so far.
ReplyDeleteActually you get a lot less for your money.
ReplyDeletewhen i say more for your money i mean more chances at rare cards, bigger chases, lots of autos, ive seen some big autos sell for crazy money, im sure 1 was about £400, which is absolutly crazy, i would never pay that, but we all have alot better chance to pull those type of cards than any other retail product, i understand the negativity though, this is the future of collecting, for better or for worse
ReplyDeleteNo - it is what Topps envision as the future of collecting. The chances of pulling autographed cards is very low. You got one - well done. I really hope the people asking huge sums for these cards don't get buyers as they are not worth very much in reality in resale value.
ReplyDeleteI'm still hoping there will be some good sets to collect in the future. If Topps want to go down the route of making their products expensive and in accessible - that is fine by me. It's not for me and I suspect many others.
I have a set of these PL cards and I have all the standard limited editions and some of the Chrome King cards as well. I paid less than £100 for the lot. Please go and chase autographed cards and parallels by all means - be my guest, what you are getting are cards that will be difficult to shift for the money you pay for them in the future.
Personally - I'm really looking forward to Panini's EFL sets and the WSL sets later in the season. If Topps continue as they are they will lose a lot of customers, it's up to them really.
Not negativity - objectivity.
very good summing up, i was looking forward to panini EFL but was a bit dissappointed when they said stickers not cards
Deleteive had 3 autos and none of my cards are for sale, i like collecting these sets, its one of those things, topps cant make everyone happy, and as there a buisness they want to make as much money as possible, and from what i have seen alot of the people that buy the high end sets that would never collect these retail sets are now buying it, and in topps eyes, they want to aim there product at the people that are spending the most i guess, weather thats right or wrong is for each of us to decide, i collect both, hobby and retail, some of these cards will hold value, my most recent auto is a phil neville /75 and he hasnt signed in many sets, but most of the autos will be worthless, the hobby people really like this set, the retail people dont, i guess its hard to keep everyone happy, match attax is still releasing, this set i guess is a test foe topps, i kinda like it, i dont like that players are not updated, that was lazy, lets see what happens going forward, hopefully they find a way to please us all
DeleteAlso rare cards, how do you know they are rare ?, nobody really knows how many of these cards there are. They are rare because Topps tells you they are. I think you misunderstand about most collectors. They are not the chancers that find something unusual and then put it on ebay for some ridiculous amount of money. I have been a collector for over 50 years. Most collectors like to get a set of something without worrying too much about whether they can flog their stuff for a fortune. We may be in the majority now - but we still exist. I collect many types of cards - as it happens I do have some items that are valuable and if I ever wanted to sell them I know where I would take them. Autographs of sports people are only interesting for the very top echelon of players. Topps is flooding the market with autographed cards of players like Haaland and a few others - their values are dropping rather than increasing.
ReplyDeleteThis topps set has been out for what - 3 weeks. Take a look on ebay as I did yesterday. You can numbered parallels for a few pounds already.
If you want to do "big chases" - just be careful what you chase.
yeah totally, i agree, 99% of the autos in the set are worthless, i am not selling mine, but i like to no how much value my cards have, as i said above, i pulled a phil neville auto numbered /75 the other day, and im really happy with that, he has hardly signed in any sets over the years, i love collecting man u autos of players i grew up watching, i have seen how much numbered cards have dropped, a few names will be valuable, that liverpool rookie rio, legend autos, players like keane, gary/phil neville, zola, fabregas etc, there the autos that are going to be the big ones, Jota for obvious reasons...
DeleteLooks like there are going to be new collector tins for EVERY premier league club.
ReplyDeleteKer-ching
https://www.plusmarketing.co.uk/topps-premier-league/pre-order-topps-premier-league-collector-tin-25-26-manchester-city?zenid=trprrnpvv04m26lcs4g9l1o792
Crazy!!!
DeleteSo - my question is - are the cards that are going to be in these tins going to be the ones in the original collection or are they going to be completely new ones.
ReplyDeleteThere's one for Celtic as well - didn't know they were in the PL.
I don't think the tins are connected to the Premier League 2026 collection. They are similar to the Fan Sets Topps issued last season.
DeleteI wondered if that that might be the case. There is also a ridiculous Golden Boot shaped Tin coming out soon. It will retail at something like £27. Just an endless wave of expensive cash grabs.
ReplyDeleteWhen it is Topps Premier League 2026 - Mini Diamond - Platinum 1/1
ReplyDeleteDid that mean that is only one of this card in the whole world?
That is correct.
DeleteSo if you for example take Anthony Gordon, and you count all his different variations, with parallel and autographed, you will potentially have over 90 different variations of just him
DeleteAll they have in common is none of them are really worth anything.
DeleteYou wonder how successful this collection has really been. I still see virtually full display boxes in supermarkets and I've seen sets offered for less than £100 on ebay and pages and pages of numbered parallels and autographed cards for low prices that nobody wants.
ReplyDeleteJust too expensive.
a rio ngumoha rookie auto /75 has sold on ebay for over £1000, crazy! and lots of his autos are sellinf for 300 to 600 quite regularly,
ReplyDeleteI suppose it could be a bargain, if he turns out to be the next Cristiano Ronaldo or Messi...
DeleteSo there are 960 normal cards
ReplyDeleteIf you add 1 of every parallel card and variation card in this set, there is a total of 21449 different cards in this set
I can tell you for nothing that the gentleman who bought that rookie card will not get his money back.
ReplyDeleteTopps have produced a Hobby box with signing updates which sold out immediately. Are they going to produce a set for the new PL series bearing in mind how out of date the squads are on this new set.
ReplyDeleteThe number of new products coming out for this collection seemingly never ends.
ReplyDeleteI pulled a black edge edition auto of rio Ngumoha/99

An amazing card, congratulations. I've added the #/99 parallel to the checklist. Thanks for your help.
DeleteCan anyone confirm how many festive cards there are ?is it the full base set or a few of each team?
ReplyDeletefor the parallels there is every base card, no inserts
ReplyDeleteWhy have parallels in the festive set - it's totally ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteTo entice collectors to buy more than one Countdown Calendar. Money grabbing.....
DeleteEvery single thing about this collection is a cash grab.
ReplyDeleteHi!
